Refund and Return Policy

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for purchases made from Owl’s Roost Wax Melts and More (“the Company”).

  1. Refund and Return Window: Customers are entitled to a 15-day window for eligible product returns, commencing from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, the Company reserves the right to decline full refunds or exchanges.
  2. Eligibility Criteria: To initiate a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for returns. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.
  3. Receipt Requirement: Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.
  4. Return Procedure: Customers must ship their purchase to Owl’s Roost Wax Melts and More, PO Box 407, Richland PA 17087.
  5. Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original packaging or those comprising less than 50% of the original quantity are eligible for partial refunds.
  6. Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, the Company will inspect it and notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
  7. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a few days. Customers are advised to follow up with their bank or credit card company in case of any delays.
  8. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  9. Exchange Policy: The Company only replaces items that are defective or damaged. Customers must contact owls.roost.pa16@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and return the item to PO Box 407, Richland PA 17087.
  10. Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the customer will receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
  11. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
  12. Shipping Recommendations: Customers returning expensive items are encouraged to use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance, as the Company does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
