Here’s the deal with our refund and return policy: You get a nice 15-day window for any eligible product. But, if it’s been more than 15 days since you made your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To get the ball rolling on your return, the item has to be unused, and in the original packaging. Plus, certain products, like perishable goods, are just a no-go for returns. Oh, and gift cards are non-returnable, too. The cherry on top? We’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to finalize your return.

Now, let’s say you’ve followed all the rules for your return, but there’s a snag: We only offer partial refunds for items not in their original packaging, and for those that are less than 50% of the original quantity.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll refund your payment to your original method of payment within a few days. If you’re still waiting for your refund, give your bank or credit card company a nudge, as sometimes there’s a delay. And if all else fails, let us know, and we’ll do our best to sort things out.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with pictures of the damage and send your item to: PO Box 407, Richland PA 17087.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
